This intensive, 6-month reentry initiative is designed to move justice-involved young adults (ages 18-24) from systemic barriers directly into stable, well-paying careers in the digital economy. S.T.A.R.T. is the Career Bridge that eliminates the digital skills gap and provides the path to generational wealth, significantly reducing the fiscal and human cost of recidivism in our communities.
