Middle School (Grades 6-8): Habits, Credit, and Decision-Making
Middle School is the critical stage where we solidify responsible financial behaviors and prepare youth for high school-level independence.
Core Focus: Understanding financial psychology, consumer influences, and building healthy credit awareness.
What They Learn: Students learn to recognize the influence of Marketing and Advertising on their spending habits. A major focus is on Credit Literacy, covering the basics of credit cards and how establishing a positive credit history is crucial for their future (renting an apartment, buying a car).
The program helps students formally transform their “Dreams Into Goals and Plans," breaking down future lifestyle desires into concrete, actionable financial steps, fostering a mindset of planning and control.
